False Advertising and Service

So I ordered fibre for my parents through Afrihost and selected Vumatel aerial as that's what they have available for that area. After very bad service they make it worse by wanting to dig up tar and make us pay for it when I asked for Aerial, meaning fibre by pole, not underground. This is Unprofessional. How can they falsely advertise and expect us to pay for their mistakes
