False advertising and poor service by Afrihost

I've ordered Fibre from them in September 2020 after saying it's available in our area. They've locked me in by delivering the router and charging me for it. Then they've realised Fibre is not available in my area and changed my order from an order to a pre-order. After many calls, zero from their side, Openserve finally phoned me a week ago to make an appointment for the installation. They've never pitched, no feedback from anyone, no answer or call back from Openserve or Afrihost. What pathetic service from Afrihost and Openserve!!
