false advertising

I have a very unpleasant experience with Afrihost, as I requested if there is fiber in my area i was told there is fiber by the web site and by the consultant that there is fiber in my area i don't have to worry the fiber will be installed in my house in a weeks time !!!! so i accepted the deal and i go a email stating that the order was successful and i will be contacted in a weeks time to arrange for them to come install the fiber in my house! after a week went by i called in once more to find out wats going on i was told that the contractors have not yet scheduled it but it will take just a few more days, once again a week went by i called in again and was told the same thing but they will take it up and find out wats going on. after a few days i called in again and was still told the same thing , after asking to speak to a supervisor or manager i was told no-one is available to assist me. I then got a email stating that the fiber will only be in my area in 2021. i called in once more and was told that there is no fiber in my area as of yet when i asked why i was told by email, website and a consulted there is fiber i got no response to my question instead i was told that my order that has been accepted was in turn only a pre order and will only be installed in 2021, yet again i requested to speak to a manager or supervisor as this is false advertising i was told there is nothing that they can do about it now and the manager or supervisor will say the same thing, after all that i still don't know why it took them 3 weeks to inform me that there is no fiber in my area yet or to tell me why the consulted who spoke to me , the website whit my initial request and the email of conformation telling me that there is fiber , all of this was incorrect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
