False Advertising

Good day I have already subscribed to Afrihost as my service provider since the 10th of november. I have received my router.. But there's no installation done yet. I have not received feedback either. 12 days after installation I was told that Fibre is not available in my area but myself and others in my community have received email since October that Fibre is now available. What is this false information? Is Afrihost a reliable service provider? Or is Afrihost hoaxing the public in paying delivery fees for devices to be delivered and not providing a service. It is very disappointing. Myself and our community would like to take this matter further as Afrihosts and it's installer are false advertising making promises to the public and not honoring them.

I am a current so called client of Afrihost since the 10 November 2020, WITH NO INSTALATION DONE OR SERVICE.
