False advertising

I signed up for an Afrihost Fixed wireless data contract. The day I signed up, the webpage showed that the amount owing would be R0, and at the end of November, the normal rate would apply. Yesterday when I received the device, a pro rata amount was billed against my account, incurring bank charges as my account was empty. I spoke to a consultant in billing which confirmed that the web page did show R0, but when the device activated, I was billed.

Im really happy with the Afrihost connection, but isnt this false advertising? If I was notified of the pro-rata, I would have ensured there was funds available.

Please sort this out, I would love to change this rating to 5 stars!
