False advertising
<p>I received an adverti*****t for free FIBRE installation by Afrihost on 25 April 2017.</p> <p>The PDF promotion advert does not show any dates and clearly indicates 'ALL COSTS INCLUDED'.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unknown to me (and after I had signed up), Afrihost responded today that their special ended on 11 April 2017 and will not longer provide free installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is false advertising and want nothing more to do with Afrihost.</p>
The CEO got personally involved and contacted me with an alternative suggestion (line provider), who would offer free installation.
While it was unfortunately too late, since I have already signed up with another ISP to get my free installation - I have greatly changed my opinion of Afrihost (for the good), based on the response that I received.
