False 10Mbs uncapped service (only getting 1Mbs)

<p>I use to be an Afrihost customer with an uncapped account but when they moved to MTN backbone the internet quallty drasticly declined. I then used another ISP for the last year and thought I would give them another go. They are clearly missleading people to pay for a service they dont deliver. I am only getting a 10th of the actual through-up i should be getting from their uncapped service. I have another pre-paid account from Afrihost that when I do a speed test on gives the desired results. This has now happened twice. I expect a refund as they only delivered 1Mbs service and I will never support these ****** again.</p>
