Their front page advertises no cancelation fees, also customer satisfaction. I got charged a whole months fee to cancel (R667 _ which they increased a month after I opened the acc) and then charged me R999bto cancel. It wasn't even easy to cancel, and when this happened I got put through to 3 different people, as none of them wanted to even attempt to help me. So don't be fooled by their **** advertising, and they are overall a horrible company to work with.
