Failure to follow instructions

I have been with Afrihost for quite some time now, but was surprised on how their customer instructions are ignored.

I have ordered fiber and provided a network name with password. I also contacted them in advance to update the delivery adress sins delivery could not be taken at the installation address.

Yesterday I received an e-mail that Courierit will be deli erung our goods, but the wrong address was listed. I also received an e-mail that the modem has been set up, but I have provided a 11digit password, whereass the password was changed to a 9 digit password.

I contacted Afrihost to address the matter, and asked for feedback since this is a very serious matter to me. Up to now, I have not received any feedback from Afrihost.
