Failing at the basics

Afrihost finding new lows in service delivery. Charged pro-rata rate for Fixed LTE before delivery. Two weeks later still no Sim delivered. Dealing with support is absolutely ridiculous. Multiple tickets generated with zero feedback. Impossible to esculate to management. Bad attitude from warehouse staff first being unhelpful with courier communications and then just avoiding contact. Now sitting on my paid for package while I have no use of it. No inter company communication either. Support cannot reach warehouse or accounts. So no delivery and no refund. Even support supervisor Flossie not willing to assist.

Avoid at all cost. Go to mtn directly.
