Failed to offer good service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service delivery from these guys cause I had load shedding and when the power resumed the router didn't switch on there isn't any lights flashing no connectivity nothing I contacted and lodged a ticket the entire day has passed I asked for a tech or installer to come out but no one was dispatched as there is occupants that work from home in my place that relay on the wifi to access work they could do so and that's a major negative how long must one wait to where is the blazing service you guys talk about but very fast to ask for payment etc this is absolute nonsense
