Failed Domain Transfer

Hi, in may 2022 There was a domain transfter that was suppose to be done for domain cozynest.co.za from myself to another reseller.

The migration process was started and the other reseller verified that the domain is now showing in his profile. he managed to create website for the domain and host emails.

For some reason unbeknown to myself or the reselller Afrihost is claiming that the domain was not transferred. I havent been using afrihost so they locked my account and have suspended the domain in question. They saying I must pay outstanding balance to unlock my account so they can do the transfer again. Why should I pay for Something that was suppose to be done in May 2022?

I need this domain transfer that was supposedly done in 2022 to be Completed before any payments can be done as this is a disservice. ***
