The most PATHETIC Service ever. On the 24 April 2023, I spoke to ULUTHANDO N.I needed to cancel something. I was struggling,and sent her/him the error messages I was receiving. SHE THE CONFIRMED THAT EVERYTHING WAS CANCELLED ON HER SIDE. TO MY SURPRISE,THE MONEY WENT OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT LIKE CLOCK WORK. NOW, I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I DO NOT NEED REFERENCE NUMBERS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP. NOT 24 HOURS,48 HOURS OR 72 HOURS LATER. NOW, BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS DAY TODAY,03 MAY 2023.

03 May 2023, 08:52Spoke to a Clement and a Eric now on a call and on Whatsapp I spoke to Tutu M. The 1 transfers me to another, its like going around in a circle. I HAVE EXPLAINED MYSELF TO 3 PEOPLE IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME WITH A SOLUTION. I DO NOT WANT TO REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN.
