F@CK THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!! THEY CAN WAIT!!!!!

I have not even started with their service and it is already a disaster. Order the service 6 weeks ago. Arranged necessary cancellations and migrations with all parties. Called during the week to confirm that migration WILL take place on Saturday, 1 August. Guest what??? 'Migration will take 3 - 4 working days'. No, they cannot divulge any names or numbers of people I am prepared to contact on my cost to sort this out before Monday.
