Extremely Unreliable and Poor Service from Afrihost

I’m beyond disappointed with Afrihost. Their services have become completely unreliable constant downtime that rarely match what’s advertised. Whenever there’s an issue, support is slow, unhelpful.

It’s nearly impossible to get proper feedback or timely resolutions. You wait days or even weeks for updates, and when tickets are finally “resolved,” nothing has actually been fixed. The lack of accountability and transparency is shocking..... to poor communication during outages.

Afrihost’s customer experience has seriously declined, and it feels like clients are left to figure things out alone. Definitely not the reliable ISP they claim to be. Just restore my data.
