Extremely unhappy

I have been trying to set up my WIFI since the 9th of December. It is now the 12th of January and I'm still waiting. When I reached out, they said it had been submitted wrong with 72 hours to wait. Then when I reached out after 72hrs they said 5 days, I reached out after 5 days and they said it would take an additional 24-48hrs. No idea what's going on and I wouldn't recommend using them.
