Extremely slow internet speeds, bad connectivity and horrible service with slow and unhelpful technical support.

I'm signed up for the Rain LTE-A package with Afrihost. After receiving good speeds of 20Mbps download with latency of 32ms, it has since decreased to 0.80Mbps download with latency of 368ms.

Whenever I call tech support or use the whatsapp web support, I get the same response that they've escalated the issue. I wait weeks and don't hear back until I follow up again. They then repeat the same response that they will escalate the issue and again I wait weeks without any feedback or improvement in my connection. The person on the phone says they will call me back after they've investigated my problem, we even agree on a time for the call, and I receive no call back.

This ISP offers horribly poor service and seemingly makes no effort to improve the experience for their customers who are experiencing issues. I'm paying R1,300 for this 200GB connection and this is the extremely low quality service I get. I would never recommend this ISP to anyone.
