Extremely Poor Service & Irresponsible

I would highly recommend that you never use this ISP! , they are very slow in responding and lack a sense of urgency when it comes to sorting out problems but very quick when it comes to taking your money even when they are not authorized to do so. I cancelled my service with them in Dec 2015 but i noticed that they charged me on 2 January and they made my bank account go into negative balance for which FNB is now charging me am excess penalty fee of R75.00 . I sent them an email and they responded some 2=3 days later acknowledging the so called \error"but have not taken any action to refund my account. I told them that i am currently out of the country and need this sorted ASAP"
