Extremely poor service and lack of communication

Extremely disappointed with the service from both Afrihost and Vuma. After signing up and making payment for a WiFi connection, I was later informed that they cannot provide the service at my location. Instead of immediately offering a refund, every day I was met with a different excuse or story. It's been nothing but frustration and delays.

I trusted these companies to deliver on their promises, but instead, I’ve been left without WiFi and without my money. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no urgency in resolving the issue. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.
