Extremely poor service !

If I could give a Zero star review I would do so. Absolutely poor service in recent months and it just got worse. Currently i am sitting with a 1. Data/air mobile sim that does not work , I bought and paid for a new sim only for it not to work then had to go to local mtn shop where I was told the sim is defective and need to be replaced so I again bought a new sim and till today it is still not working and keep getting the run around from afrihost.

2.My 5g router stopped working on Thursday i have been in contact with numerous agents and tech support staff with no resolution I have been trough the entire trouble shooting hand book and the router is defective but I am also getting the run around her with no effort on resolution.

I work remotely so if I don't have these two things I cant work and cant earn a living and all I get told is they are with in their sla !

This is absolute poor service !!! I will be looking at moving all my products / services elsewhere !
