Extremely Poor Service

I've been trying to be calm about moving services from Telkom to Afrihost, but it seems that they're all the same. 7 Days later, and I still don't have Internet, 4 Mails to Afrihost's accounts department, and not 1 reply? Yet they've already taken their money & can't give me any indication on when I'll be up & running!? We call on a daily basis, hold on for an hour each time to speak to someone with authority, but it seems that they just don't give a ****. Really thought moving from Telkom to any other service provider will be better, but it seems that they're all the same....
