Extremely poor customer service

EXTREMLY terrible service experienced! Won't recommend them to anyone! Moved houses, logged everything on the client zone as mentioned by Afrihost, its been over 2 weeks at my new property and I still do not have internet and I keep being told to speak to Vuma then Vuma says I must speak to Afrihost!!! I don't understand how the client must do all the running around for services I pay for. extremely disappointed!
