Extremely poor customer service

EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They take 30 minutes just to confirm my name and email address. I have spoken to 3 agents and they just tell me to reboot the router. Ive been struggling for hours and still no internet connection. Rendani N was especially slow and not helpful. Literally took 30 minutes just to confirm my name and email address.
