Extremely pathetic service

The bad service I got from these people is totally unacceptable! I was told to pay R399 and fibre will be installed within a few days. Paid it on the 27/01/2022 and waited but nothing happened. I contacted Afrihost via email and was told that I have rejected the installation only to find that Vumatel was calling someone else and not me. I was told to update my contact number on the app which I did but still I didn't receive any call from Vumatel. I ended up cancelling the order on the 15/02/2022 and was told my refund will be in my bank account within 7-14 days but I'm still waiting!
