Extremely frustrating and disappointing

I'm a new customer to Afrihost, been with them for about 2 month but im already ready to leave! Frustrating doesnt even begin to describe it!! Have to contact them EVERY WEEK!! and repeat the same issue!! only to get told the same thing over and over. I've been given a new ip address 3 times in 2 months and it's still not working properly! Have to sign into the network repeatedly, wifi and vpn keeps disconnecting, and connecting directly with a LAN cable doesn't even help. Then get told its been raised with another fibre company which can take 24-72 hours to resolve.

Im paying for a service im not even getting not to mention it makes working from home nearly impossible. Extremely frustrating and disappointing
