Extremely dissapointed.

Been a loyal Client of Afrihost for 10 years plus. Requested a migration to a new address 3 weeks ago. They day I moved in to the new address they were unaware of the request. So the order was only placed with the infrastructure supplier the day I moved in. Its now 4 days later they still can't give me a date of installation. i would recommend a contract directly with the suppliers as apparently afrihost is only a middleman and do not controll the installations.
