Extremely Disappointed with Service and Support

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Afrihost has been frustrating enough to warrant one. I signed up for their fiber service expecting fast, reliable internet and decent customer support — I received neither.

From the start, it's been over a month now since we placed an order, and still been no installation with no communication. No follow up from the agent who placed the order...

Over the following weeks, I contacted customer service repeatedly, but each time I was met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, and vague promises of follow-up that never came. At one point, I was told someone would be sent to fix the issue — still waiting.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Every rep gave a different explanation, and no one seemed empowered to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable for a company providing essential services to operate this way.
