Extremely Disappointed with Afrihost's Service

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Afrihost. For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing very slow internet speeds, which is affecting my work. I have contacted their customer service multiple times, and they always promise to escalate my issue, but nothing changes.

Despite my efforts to communicate, I feel ignored and let down. It is unacceptable that I am paying for a service that is not being delivered. I expected better from Afrihost, and I am very angry about this situation. I hope they can improve their service soon, but for now, I cannot recommend them.
