Extremely Disappointed with Afrihost Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Afrihost.

Despite being quick to charge me, they have utterly failed to deliver the promised service.

I have sent several emails with no response and spent countless hours trying to connect without success. The lack of communication and support is incredibly frustrating. My requests for cancellation and a refund have been ignored.

Additionally, I have had to spend extra money on data due to their non-delivery, which is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend Afrihost based on this experience and hope others will be cautious when considering their services.
