EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST.

Afrihost is pathetic. I signed up for an internet package 2 months ago that included the installation and the router. I had to fight with Openserve to install the line myself, Afrihost only said that they would send an email and never came back to me. That part took me one and a half months. It was finally installed on the 26th Oct and I contacted Afrihost. They said they were going to send me the router which would take 3 working days. Well it is now the 13th Nov and still no router. All Afrihost say is oops sorry, we are trying to find out why it was not sent. Then after the 4th request to send it, they say it was sent, but the waybill number is incorrect that they gave me and the courier company knows nothing. Now Afrihost say they are looking for it. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE AFRIHOST. WHAT A NIGHTMARE IT HAS BEEN, AND IT IS STILL NOT OVER.
