Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. I am relocating homes and i was told afrihost has a relocation button on the control panel. I try use it then i get an error so i contact afrihost and they say no i have to cancel my fibre first then relocate my package. Now they tell me that i will be billed double for the month for the old and new premises.
