Extremely BAD customer service, aka non existent.

I would actually want to review in minus stars but one would have to suffice,

The last two days have been trying to get my fiber line sorted due to some issues, but all i have received is "we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, please kindly provide account details" on which i responded the account holder details... That was the last of it, no further communication, no response nothing, absolute trash customer service, i would highly recommend for people not touse this service provider as there is no service what so ever to rate,
