Extra month for pathetic service

Good day I have cancelled my account as from the 1st April since Telkom repaired my line it has been pathetic. I know Afrihost has no control on lines but I shouldn't have to pay for ******* service. No one seems to be able to repair it and I'm tired of waiting. I am not prepared to pay for May and I want something sorted as I'm already paying for April and have had pathetic internet. Thank you
