Express 3 hours delivery turned to two day delivery. Useless Whatsapp agents.

Horrible sales process. Yesterday(26 July 2018) I took a wireless LTE deal, did everything the same day and asked for their express delivery, which is supposed to be 3 hours, the following day if taken after 11am. I tried contacting you guys, and you kept "escalating to warehouse" the whole day, nothing happened. You're pathetic and useless. I am going to Telkom rather.
