********** Experience with Afrihost

Getting my router from Afrihost was quick and easy — but setting it up has been an absolute nightmare and still isn’t resolved.

I’ve spoken to six different agents — Sipesihle, Nompumelelo, Fumani, Khwezi, Nomonde, Tshepisho, and Kamahelo — and every single time I have to repeat my story from scratch. Not one has given me a proper solution.

Vuma says the issue is resolved, but when I speak to Afrihost I’m told to wait for a Vuma technician — again! The so-called “technical assistance” has been inaccurate and the lack of urgency or care to get a customer online is shocking.

Honestly, I expected so much better. Sort it out, Afrihost!
