EXECUTIVE REVIEW: STAY AWAY

Consistent issues with their mail servers. Every time is a hassle to contact their support. Their support is cut off from the company and the whatsapp chats auto close then you have to explain your issue to a new agent and so the cycle continues. Concerns regarding their support methods are raised are ignored. The support staff provides the wrong resolutions for issues then I have to tell them how to fix the issue properly. That is right, I have had to explain to them how to fix the issue even though I am their client contacting them for help. This is just another company not caring about support but they sure do not mind taking money from you. Just stay away.
