Exceptionally Poor Customer Service and Quality

Terrible customer service and would certainly never recommend to anybody. They have been assuring me that a new SIM card will be delivered in 2-3 days for a month now. Their staff are extremely frustrating to deal with and are exceptionally unhelpful. They have charged me WiFi for this month which I have been unable to use. Would highly recommend supporting their competition who prioritize their customers and promote affordable and good quality service.
