Today I woke up to a surprise email from the CEO himself, Gian Visser. Thank you for the gift I received from your company for being a loyal client. I have had one persistent technical problem that went on for months, and this was when load-shedding was just taking off. The support team couldn't do much because of the towers etc. I must admit, it was not easy. They kept calling and emailing and openly discussed my options until I got sorted. The thought of not having the Afrihost service by my side scared the lights out of me. You see, I tried Rain...and needless to say, I was back at the speed of lightning:)
