Exceptional customer service.

<p>I use Afrihost Mobile Data via a MTN sim as the primary source of internet for my home. Two days ago at night I could no longer connect to the internet as the sim would not register on any network. The excellent employees of Afrihost helped me to determine that the sim has been deactivated by MTN as I never actually use it to call or use MTN airtime or data. They also provided me with several options to solve the problem. I bought and activated a new MTN sim and they kindly moved the data from the deactivated sim to my new sim. They never took more than an hour to reply to my emails and were very friendly and competent.</p> <p>Thank you for the great service Afrihost.</p>
