Excellent Service while going above and beyond

Having been a subscriber of Afrihosts for a while (Though almost always through their prepaid adsl options) i decided to join afrihost plus in November last year. After reviewing my accounts i realised that i had never received my double data topups for my account. When i emailed Jarred asking why this was, not only did he perfectly explain precisely why my account wasn't eligible for the benefits at this point in time, he also explained why and how to easily and affordably remedy the situation. At this point i would have been happy enough, but when i pushed my luck and asked if there was anything Afrihost could do for all the data i had missed out on since November, he then gave me access to his personal ADSL account so that my family and i could get connected again in the way of compensation. This well above what anyone could expect as far as service goes and i was absolutely stunned that Afrihost hired someone so dedicated to his work and customer satisfaction.
