Excellent service received from Solomzi.M

I had the installation of my wifi on 19 June 2024. For weeks after installation we did not have any internet. I have made numerous phone calls and logged ticket after ticket. 3 Weeks down the line, still no internet. This morning I was ready to cancel and throw this stuff out on the street.

Solomzi. M was the one to take my call this morning. He constantly followed up with me and phoned me back on the hour to find out if anything had changed. He is the only person at Afrihost that actually called me back and followed through with his promise. He got right in one morning, what 50 other people could not do in 3 weeks! I am so grateful for his help and his understanding of my frustration.

Finally after 3 weeks of up and down, my internet is working. Thank you so much Solomzi. I really do appreciate all your help.

He has really delivered! His after sales service is excellent. The 5 star rating is for him, Afrihost, you really need to keep the gems that keep your customers, if it was not for him, you would have lost one more customer today!
