Excellent service provided

After a whole 3 weeks of not having my line connected and having a headache dealing with *********** consultants. I escalated the matter to their management (who never responded) and the ombudsman. Only Victor from the critical support team was able to assist in 1 day, he was patient and extremely friendly. He knocked off at 4pm but waited for me to get home and test the lines and everything including the billing issue I had. He stayed online with me until 21:00 pm, he resolved the billing issue as well the next day and I got refunded the same day. He was professional and highly efficient.
