Excellent service from SA's best ISP

<p>After 3 days of poor service from Telkom regarding faults on my ADSL and landline - I escalated my complaint to Afrihost.</p> <p>Within 1 day - Afrihost had further escalated the matter to the relevant service managers at Telkom who sent a technician to conduct the diagnosis and repair of the fault. The lines were eventually restored with 30 minutes after detecting that the problem was with the circuit in the external Telkom box.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been an Afrihost client for a few years now - it's service and support of this level that will ensure that I remain a client for years to come. From my experiences - the Afrihost Team is always on top of their game and provide the best value and service in the local industry. If every company followed their model - there would be little room for complaints and dissatisfaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please keep up the good work!!</p> <p> </p>
