Telkom, Webafrica etc can learn a few things from these people. Their customer services is on another level. I see the negative comments regarding the Line / Fibre Provider issues. People it aint rocket science. Afrihost is a ISP and don't own the line so when you have downtime blame the likes of Vuma as they are shockingly ****.
