Excellent Service by Ayanda at Afrihost

This is a personal review of Ayanda at Afrihost. After much frustration with Afrihost and Openserve over a week. Ayanda called to give me an update.

I was not happy with the info i received and was quite blunt in my expectations and what i wanted.

Ayanda phoned me a few hours later and exceeded my expectations with concrete feedback.

Well done to Ayanda as he remained professional in the line of fire and the only one who phoned me back after requesting feedback from a dozen Afrihost staff.
