Excellent service

I've had a number of interactions with Afrihost in the past, but this week I was particularly happy with the support that I received from a number of the people I have dealt with.

Specifically, I'd like to give a shoutout to a gentleman named Nyakallo Moganane from Afrihost. On 27/10/2020, I requested a callback on the Afrihost website and before I even out my phone down, he called me back. He was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions, and he also gave me good and clear instructions of what I needed to do on my Afrihost customer profile in order to achieve the end result I was looking for. He promised to phone me back once he could see on the system that I had done everything correctly, in order to assure me that all was well, and he did.
