Excellent Service

My Internet connection went dead. Oh NO! Thought I will spend hours listening to Telkom piped music. But first SMSed HELP to Afrihosts' 32541 number, thinking it unlikely that I will hear from Afrihost before the weekend was done. Surprise when I was called within 20 minutes (on a Saturday night!) by a friendly lady (sorry I did not get your name), and within minutes she had it going, doing some magic from her side. Now that is how you nurture loyalty.
