Excellent service!

I recently opened a new fibre line with Afrihost. Great service amidst the lockdown. I inititally went with Frogfoot and Afrihost was quick to notify me that a line into my complex was not yet installed and that it might take a while. I informed them that I would rather cancel and go with Openserve. In a blinkof an eye it was done. They notified me that the change was done and that Openserve would contact me. Everything happend so efficiently and quick. Quick to deliver and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were also easily contactable on various platforms, something I believe says much about a company during lockdown. Thanks Afrihost, great service!
