Excellent service

<p>After requesting my DSL line migration from Vox to Afrihost after being notified by Vox that my number is in the holding pool, I was told it would take 48 hours. Today, 72 hours later, it still was not done. Following up with Afrihost, was told the line was not migrated. After hours dealing with Afrihost, Telkom and Vox with no proper help or feedback, Gwanda (spelling?) from Afrihost Technical Support managed to get it all sorted after personally phoning Telkom and Vox. Within 15 minutes after ending the call with him, I received SMS confirmation that I was successfully migrated to Afrihost. Thank you for going extra mile and ending my frustating day with excellent and speedy service and great news. </p>
