Excellent Nokthula

A wonderful experience from Nokthula. She managed to calm me down in an irritating situation. The manner in which she answered the line, her professionalism, sweet tone and informed advice, that I appreciate. That's generally my experience with Afrihost, except those moments a few rotten potatoes out of a good bunch spoil my mood. To Afrihost, I'd say keep up the good work and get the rest of your team in line with the level and values of your service before you start losing clients and customers. Thank you
